Construction of Empire State Building: good panning LS construction site scene (girders galore); high angle MS worker; TLS men on girder being lowered; tilt up TLS base and several floors of building under construction; TLDS girder being raised; high angle wide MS worker handing hammer to man on side of building (the height!); MSs American flag being raised, men cheering & waving their hats as the Stars & Stripes is being raised at the construction site.
