A year-long shortage of water at the U.S. Naval Base at Guantanamo, Cuba, comes to an end as three distilling plants go into operation. Castro rationed the water. We answered by cutting off the pipe line and taking it in from the States. The base is now self-sufficient - far as water is concerned.
