The worst single plane disaster in history takes the lives of 133 aboard a Japanese airliner as it plunges into Tokyo Bay just seconds away from a landing. The giant American jet was carrying the holiday visitors back from a tour of Japan's famous winter carnival at Hokkaido in the north.
