NO AUDIO In Austria, floods send waters raging through the Province of East Tyrol. The rising water traps many in their homes. Five thousand tourists are also marooned. Damage has not yet been assessed. A wide area of countryside is evacuated. MS Over flooded Tyrol river. Fast moving, turbulent flood waters. The river splashing against the underside of a bridge. Washed away railroad tracks. Streets completely covered by flood waters. Grounds that were once farmland are completely covered by flood waters resembling a lake.
