Weather shows two faces in three separate locations. In Missouri, a sudden tornado kills one and injures twenty. In New York, mid-winter temperatures soar to a spring-like 67 degrees. Lastly in Rio de Janeiro: Rain, floods, and mudslides kill 500 people

In Rio De Janeiro cars are driving through flooded streets. A policeman standing on higher ground directs traffic. CU The front of cars driving towards the camera through a flooded street. MLS People standing at the edge of a low cliff looking at the remains of a bus that was washed over the cliff by the swiftly moving currents of the water. The entire top of the bus was ripped off. More busses were swept away by the currents of the over flowing and flooded rivers. LS recovered bodies from the river several blocks away. Whole families lost their lives.
