It's the Day of the year at West Point, Annapolis, the Air Force and the Coast Guard Academies. It's Graduation Day and the end of the hard four-year grind. At New London, Connecticut, President Lyndon Johnson addresses graduates of the Coast Guard Academy and says that our war potential is far superior to that of Russia.
