We actually found one individual on this, although he did not make the attempt, he certainly did scout the underground garage. Pasty experience with the Yippie movement that New York has had has indicated that they will carry out many of their threats or at least attempt to carry them out. The taking-over of Grand Central station last year by the Yippie element, is evidence that they will try disruption and they have succeeded in the past in doing it.
