A variety of TV spots and one five minute industrial demonstartion, all using limited animation-- stills, cutouts, film positives and negatives, simple drawings, existing museum sets, actors and performers, etc. (1) CROP (Christian Rural Overseas Program), b/w stills, sound. (2) Judd drugs animation of stills (b/w, sound) (3) Zephyr gasoline Christmas message, animation of stills, with falling snow (Frink special: backlighted snow left after tossing Ivory soap flakes in the air and WAITING for the fine dust floating after the large flakes fall). b/w, sound. (4) Archie, cartoon character for Archway cookies, introduces old time still photos and the newest Archway cookies. (5) CROP stills of hungry people worldwide, stills. (b/w, sound) (6) 6- minute demo reel for Wheelaberator Steel Abrasives; limited animation shows properties and uses of the steel shot for cleaning of metal (color, sound). (7) 5 minute Archway cookies intro to Mark Twain's "Tom Sawyer Spartan Spectacular" TV showing of the Hollywood film, with Ann (Gillis) Fraser, who played Becky Thatcher in the Hollywood film) discussing Twain's life illustrated with archival stills (b/w, sound). (8) 4 min intro to part 2, Tom Sawyer; Becky narrates and camera shows Archway cookie delivery and sale (b/w,sound) (9) 2 min intro to part 3 of Tom Sawyer film, as Becky talks and shops (b/w, sound). (10) 2 minute segment; Becky picnics with Archway cookies and concludes the Spartan Spectacular TV show.
