B/W documentary about terrorist attacks conducted by the Viet Cong against the South Vietnamese capital of Saigon. Much footage of destroyed buildings and people killed in the attacks, including women and children. Produced by Psychological Warfare Dept, Republic of Vietnam Armed Forces.
