A story-book country has a new leader. Grand Duchess Charlotte has stepped down from the throne of the Duchy of Luxembourg to be succeeded by her son who, at 43, becomes the Grand Duke Jean. He will be the titular head of 325,000 subjects in this nation that covers less than 1,000 square miles. Exterior of the Royal Palace.
